SHIPPING POLICY
All items are handmade to order and take 6-8 weeks to be made.
Shipping times and cost vary due to location. All shipping fees are calculate at checkout. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.
Please make sure to select tracked shipping as CYKA ships items with the selected method provided by the customer.
Free shipping on all orders over 200$
Canadian orders arrive in approximately 1-5 business days.
USA orders arrive in approximately 6-12 business days.
International orders arrive approximately 20-80 business days depending on the selected shipping method.
Delays may occur due to covid-19.
Cyka.ca is not reliable for any misplaced , stolen packages or items lost/not arrived which were purchased without tracking.Only packages with tracked shipping are eligible for returns. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen / lost packages are nonrefundable. Certain misunderstandings may apply but evidence must be recorded, please contact contact@cyka.ca and we will try our best to assist you with this matter.
PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE NOT HELD LIABLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS FEES IN YOUR COUNTRY, HOLDING TIMES OR INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION PROVIDED. ALLOW 48 HOURS OF PROCESSING YOUR ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR TRACKING NUMBER AND/OR CONFIRMATION OF SHIPMENT.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
If you wish to cancel an order it must be done within 24 hours of purchase. We do not accept cancellations after 24 hours.
Order cancellations can take up to 5-7 business days to show up in your bank statements. All refunds are done automatically thru Shopify and are only able to go back onto the same method of purchase.
All items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges.
Damaged products are eligible for exchanges or store credit. Item must be returned in brand new condition with original tags and packaging within days (5) days of delivery confirmation. Items that are worn, washed or altered including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains. Soiled garments will be returned to customer.
All shipping fees are none refundable.
Purchases that are the purchased in the incorrect size, whether too small or too big, are not eligible for returns or exchanges as every piece is custom made. Please not that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If items are lost in mail or returned to sender by fault of customer no exchanges, refunds or credits will be issued.
If items are lost in mail by fault of Cyka , all exchanges, refunds and crdits will be our responsibility.
If items are lost in mail or returned to sender by fault of customers , all reshipping fees must be payed by customer.
